Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Syntiox ecosystem — including our web applications, bot functionalities, APIs, generating API keys, or purchasing API Coins — you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• Agree to our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Syntiox services.

2. Syntiox API & Services

2.1 API Usage & Fair Use

We provide tools for media processing, audio effects, and WhatsApp automation. You agree not to use the API for:

• Distributing malware, spam, or illegal content
• Attempting to bypass our rate limits or coin deduction mechanisms
• Reselling the API directly without prior authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API keys that violate these rules or generate excessive errors/abuse.

2.2 API Coins & Payments

Access to our API endpoints requires "Coins".

• You receive 10 free coins daily. Free coins do not roll over.
• You can purchase additional coins via the Dashboard. Purchased coins are permanently added to your selected API key until used.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Coin costs per endpoint are listed in our official documentation and are subject to change.

3. Atom-MD WhatsApp Automation

3.1 Highly Optimized Automation Notice

Atom-MD is a custom automation client built on the secure WhatsApp Multi-Device integration protocol. It operates independently and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Our development team places a premium on resilience and safety. Atom-MD is heavily optimized with state-of-the-art anti-ban features designed to mimic natural, friendly interactions to prevent account disruption. However, as an independent utility, users are advised to engage with the automation responsibly and in accordance with general guidelines.

3.2 Acceptable Use

Atom-MD is designed to support communication streamlining, helpful utility tasks, micro-business tasks, automated customer support assistance, and personal automation workflows. Acceptable uses include:

• Automating communication workflows, auto-replies, and scheduled message interactions for personal and assistant utility
• Using AI assistant features (such as Gemini AI integrations) to answer questions, handle tasks, and boost daily efficiency
• Downloading media for personal use within copyright laws
• Security features (anti-delete, anti-call) for your own account

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will NOT use Atom-MD or Syntiox to:

• Spam: Send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional content, or harassment to other users
• Illegal Content: Distribute, share, or transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content
• Adult Content: Share or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Impersonation: Pretend to be another person, company, or entity
• Malware: Distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or any harmful code
• Scams: Conduct phishing, fraud, or any deceptive practices
• Hate Speech: Promote discrimination, racism, or violence against any group
• Abuse of Service: Attempt to overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the Atom-MD infrastructure

4. Service Availability & Account Termination

Syntiox services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the bot will remain connected at all times or 100% API uptime
• Compatibility with all WhatsApp features and updates

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Syntiox and Atom-MD without notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service
• You engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal activity
• Your use of the service poses a risk to other users or to our infrastructure
• We receive valid legal orders requiring termination

Terminated users may not create new accounts without explicit written permission from the Syntiox team.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content associated with the Syntiox ecosystem and Atom-MD service is the property of the Syntiox team unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Open-source components used by our services are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntiox, Atom-MD, and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Loss of data, messages, or account access, or any loss of profits
• Actions taken by WhatsApp Inc. against your account due to use of unofficial clients
• Any damages resulting from third-party services (Gemini AI, reCAPTCHA, etc.)

You use Syntiox and Atom-MD entirely at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
